Management Systems: Architecture Module Open
Source Content Management Systems, Architecture module allows
users to manage how a website is organized, how the pages
or modules are displayed and how the pages link together.
The website architecture is stored in a webpage database and
is managed dynamically utilizing this Module.
This
feature enables administrators to modify the website architecture
at any time without programming. Any change that has been
made in the links or site navigation bars are dynamically
updated. Utilizing this feature, pages or functional modules
can easily be added, deleted or moved without breaking the
site navigation system.
Architecture Module provides
easy to use tools that allow users with little or no HTML
experience to add new pages, pre-programmed functional modules
and links to internal or external web pages. Pages can also
be deleted, password protected, published or unpublished by
non-technical staff.
This feature is incorporated so that the architecture
of a website can be developed simultaneously to the design
of a site. This means that while one person is developing
the graphic look and feel of the site another person can create
the site architecture and add page content.
