Your Project Manager or Super User can assign tasks to workgroups or individuals and assign a due date and priority. Web page notes contain important information that is not published to the live site but is viewable in the Workflow Module by CMS users. Important information about a web page is stored so that new users have access to the workflow history.

Authorized Super Users or CMS Administrator users can see a list of web pages that are ready for review each time they access the Workflow Module. Here users can approve or reject proposed content on a web page. When the web page has been approved, it appears in the Web Pages Ready To Publish window, allowing the authorized user to publish the web page to the live site at the appropriate time.

The workflow processes can be further defined through the Workflow tool, which records and displays all processes used by the CMS. A Process Wizard tool allows administrators to establish work groups and approvers, and follow numbered steps to create rules for the approval and rejection steps in developing the website and in managing and editing website content.
