Arun Joshi – President and CEO

Arun Joshi spent 14 years in Intel Corp. as a senior technology and marketing manager before starting out on his own. His expertise spans building and managing large IT project teams with focus on execution, quality and delivery, either onshore or offshore. Arun has measured success in planning and implementing outsourcing strategy, offshore IT setup, project transfer and governance.

Arun is dynamic, resourceful business leader with 20 plus years of hands-on experience planning, directing and executing strategies to capture the global business opportunities.

He was on Board of Directors of OEF.org, Chairman of Angel Oregon and been on advisory boards of several start-ups in Pacific Northwest. Arun is founding member of TiE.org's Portland Chapter. Arun received his B.S., M.S. in engineering and Exec. MBA from UC Berkeley.

Tom Jackson – Director of Marketing

Tom has twenty years of marketing, management and business development experience in emerging technology markets and holds an MBA and a BSEM. Tom was a pioneer in the online industry managing the Rocky Mountain Region for CompuServe, sales and marketing of the AMA / NET physician network and CONNECT in the 1980s. He was recruited by Intel to found a wireless communication business unit.

Tom founded and managed iMove.com, a patented 3D-visualization software company, closing co-marketing agreements with Adobe, Autodesk, Kodak and leading game companies.

Prajakta Mahajan– Chief Technology Manager

Prajakta manages technology directions and expertise for Encodex in key technology platforms. She is usually involved with clients in setting the stage for large and complex solutions.

Prajakta has strong experience and track record in leading teams at geographically spread locations. At Encodex she uses her extensive background and past experience in complex project management, estimations, planning, scheduling and deploying enterprise level applications.. Her areas of specialization include business and system analysis, modeling, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Web applications.

Prajakta has done BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Pune University, India. She has 13 years of IT experience with 6 years in U.S. working in Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. Prior to that, she worked for Kanbay Inc. and C-DAC.
